The only way to get some numbers is by doing a survey, with all the advantages and disadvantages of those. It’s not entirely a Reddit competitor but it’s definitely the most funny place on the world wide web. I could have bought a book 20 years ago and still use it today.
There are 18 classes in Wakfu to choose from, many of which are carried over from the lore of Dofus. Players can initially create up to 5 characters for their avatars in Wakfu. I think sales can't be used unless you go back decades. Wakfu is a tactical RPG with similarities to classics like Final Fantasy tactics and Ogre Tactics. For instance, we never played DnD 5e, never played Pathfinder 1E, 1 campaign of D&D 3.5 and 1 campaign of PF2e. sequel in the 15 year old franchise is still one of its strongest and one of the most fun to play.

I have a number of books on my shelf that I bought at some time (and even more as PDF bought from sites like DriveTruRPG) and that I never played (most of those are still on our group's To-do list though). MMORPGs are large multi-user games that take place in perpetual online worlds with a great number of other players.
One group still plays AD&D 2e and another plays several older RPGs in rotation. This is a selected list of massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs). This is a list different networks or communities which host a large number of play-by-post styled roleplaying games. I know a few groups out here by me who have not made the switch to the latest new RPGs.
